Frequently asked questions about using MomentMM
FAQ
Q: What networks does MomentMM use?
A: MomentMM uses Solana Mainnet for financial transactions (SOL rewards and payouts) and Polygon Mainnet for NFT ticketing.
Q: How much is the platform fee?
A: A flat 4% application fee applies to ticket purchases. The platform also distributes 10% cashback to attendees in SOL when RSVPs are accepted.
Q: How do I receive my cashback?
A: You must create a MomentMM Solana wallet. When your RSVP is accepted, the backend converts the cashback amount to SOL and sends it to your Solana public key.
Q: What if I don't have a wallet yet?
A: The platform will hold your NFT ticket in the server wallet and notify you to create a wallet to receive rewards and transfer ownership.
Q: Are NFT tickets transferable?
A: Yes. NFT tickets are ERC-721 tokens on Polygon and can be transferred once they are moved to a user-controlled wallet.
Q: Is MomentMM custodying my private keys?
A: MomentMM stores encrypted private keys server-side to provide a seamless experience. Private keys are AES-256 encrypted and only decrypted in-memory for signing. Users are encouraged to back up their seed phrase and move funds to hardware wallets for large balances.
Q: How are rewards converted from INR to SOL?
A: MomentMM uses live price feeds (Binance for SOL/USDT and exchange rates) to convert INR amounts to SOL before sending rewards.
Q: Where can I get support?
A: Contact help@momentmm.xyz for support. For security incidents, use security@momentmm.xyz.
